The Warrant Officer Historical Foundation strives to preserve history and educate both our military and general public audiences by sharing insight and stories from currently serving and recently retired Army Warrant Officers. This season will examine critical transition points across the Warrant Officer career lifespan, attempt to untangle the many challenging developmental processes, gain perspectives on Warrant Officer identity, and confront the environment of constant change that faces the Cohort.

CW5 Jeffery Caniglia, Army National Guard
Episode 15 features a discussion with CW5 Jeffery Caniglia (Nebraska National Guard), the current Army National Guard Deputy Commandant of the US Army Warrant Officer Career College. Jeff shares just a glimpse into his career which has spanned over three decades in Aviation, providing tremendous insight into some of the differences between Active Duty and National Guard Warrant Officers. CW5 Caniglia then spends time discussing the work being done across National Guard Regional Training Institutes, or RTIs. Finally, CW5 Caniglia shares the importance of communication to the future success of any Army Warrant Officer.
