The Warrant Officer Historical Foundation strives to preserve history and educate both our military and general public audiences by sharing insight and stories from currently serving and recently retired Army Warrant Officers. This season will examine critical transition points across the Warrant Officer career lifespan, attempt to untangle the many challenging developmental processes, gain perspectives on Warrant Officer identity, and confront the environment of constant change that faces the Cohort.

CW5 Paul Sankey, CCWO of the Cyber COE
Episode 14 features a discussion with CW5 Paul Sankey, the current Chief Warrant Officer of the Cyber Center of Excellence. Paul spends time explaining his unique position and coordinating activities among both the Cyber and Signal branches. CW5 Sankey spends time discussing accessions, talent management, and retention in one of the most high-demand fields available to any Soldier. Finally, CW5 Sankey provides tremendous insight into the necessary development of any young Warrant Officer looking to climb the ranks of the cohort.
